rainy和raining的区别和用法

rainy是形容词，前面跟be动词，形成系表结构，但是表达的意思是经常下雨，多雨，陆陆续续的下，但是未必现在就下；raining是现在分词，和现在进行时连用，表达的意思是现在正在下。例句：it is rainy、it is raining。
